Alliance Française of Dar es Salaam is a Tanzanian non-profit association operating with the support of French Embassy. It is part of an international network of more than 1000 Alliances Françaises world-wide.
The Alliance Française of Dar es Salaam have two main missions:
- Promoting French language by offering French courses for the general public, training for local teachers and giving access to a multi-media library which is also a resource center on France, French speaking world and Europe.
- Offering free cultural activities (concerts, shows, conferences, exhibitions, projections, etc.) so as to facilitate cultural exchanges between French-speaking and Tanzanian artists.

| Who can apply? |
The program primarily addresses students in pedagogical fields, especially in language studies, or young professional French or English Teachers. However, the application is open to anyone.

How can I apply?
Candidates can apply via the platform ADELE. There you will be guided and given the possibility to upload your documentation. Once you go through all the steps, you will be asked to choose a professor for evaluation. Please indicate Alexis Wiebe as your professor. For detailed instructions, you can download the Tutorial for Candidates. It is only available in French.

You need the following documents:
- Your Bachelor’s Diploma (or Master’s if you have a Master’s)
- A motivation Letter
- A CV
