
TCF - FRANCE EDUCATION INTERNATIONAL
The TCF (Test de Connaissance du Français) is an official French proficiency exam, internationally recognized and designed to assess your French language skills. It is intended for everyone: students, professionals, immigration candidates, or individuals applying to French-speaking institutions.

The TCF is developed and administered by France Education International. It is widely recognized by universities, international organizations, and employers worldwide.
Objective of the TCF
The TCF reliably and accurately measures your level of French according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), from level A1 (beginner) to C2 (advanced proficiency).
Skills Assessed
The test is composed of several sections:
Listening comprehension – computer-based
Language structures and vocabulary – computer-based
Reading comprehension – computer-based
Speaking – individual interview with an examiner

Format
All TCF tests are taken on a computer, except for the speaking test, which is conducted as an individual interview with an examiner. Results are delivered with a CEFR-aligned score, easily understood by academic and professional institutions.
Available TCF Exams:
TCF Canada: intended for candidates who need to certify their French level for economic immigration or Canadian citizenship.
TCF Canada fees:
720,000 TZS / 280 USD
TCF Tout Public, TCF IRN, and TCF Québec: available upon request, depending on the centre’s availability and candidates’ needs.
