SUMMER IS COMING AT ALLIANCE !!

If you have a kid between 6 to 11 years old and want him/her to learn French with qualified teachers and to participate to meaningful activities done by professionals, join us for the summer camp at Alliance 😊

Every week from 11th July to 12th August
Registration before July 6th 2022

Monday to Friday
9h30 to 12h30

Daily Program :
9h30-11h : Welcome + French class
11h-11h15 : Break
11h15-12h30 : Activity in relation with the French lesson in the morning

You can sign in for the full week, we don’t accept registration for only one day.

PROGRAM

Every morning, we will welcome you warmly at Alliance and then begin with the French classes. Our lessons will start with the read of a French children book, it will make us travel to a new universe where we will learn at each lesson new words, expressions that we will study during the class.
After a relaxing break, we will enjoy an activity about the topic of the week, these workshops will done by professionals or personnel from Alliance Française.

First week (11th-15th July): Feel the holidays!
You have learned a lot of very interesting things during your school year, after this intense year, let’s enjoy the fact of being in holidays, you will take a time to enjoy and chill so that your mind will be free to learn plenty of new things during the holidays.

Activities: Yoga, dance…
What will you learn in French (the learning items will be adapted to the level of the student) ? How to introduce yourself, how to ask questions to someone, how to say how do you feel, how to say what you like and don’t like…

Second week (18th-22th July): Let’s discover the world and new languages!
We are now well rested to discover new things. Holidays are also time to explore, so let’s travel together! We will travel through countries and discover new cultures, people and languages.

Activities: Initiation to new languages, cook workshops, basket…
What will you learn in French (the learning items will be adapted to the level of the student) ? How to say where you are/where you go, names of countries/transport means/dishes from different francophones countries…

Third week (25th-29th July): FRAZILAND, the fantastic world!
After our excited trip around the world, we will establish ourselves in the world of FRAZILAND, a great and marvellous fantastic world!
Activities: Contemporary dance, a movie, chemistry experiences…
What will you learn in French (the learning items will be adapted to the level of the student)? How to describe a place/an item using a lot of qualificatives, how to express your point of view…

Fourth week (1st-5th August): The Nature in Dar Es Salaam
Our trip is over, back to Tanzania, we will explore the nature in Dar Es Salaam and discover animal species from earth and sea who lives in Tanzania. We will also see how we can protect our lovely planet.
Activities: Art with recycled materials, landart, workshop about marine species…
What will you learn in French (the learning items will be adapted to the level of the student) ? How to give advice to save the planet, names of animals/trees/plants…

Fifth week (8th-12th August): Let’s discover new jobs!
Our long trip together is almost over, we gathered a lot of memories during this trip. It’s important to keep memories to be proud of what we have done. During this last week, we will meet our last travel companions, these people have magic in their hands as in FRAZILAND. They have the power to create what is magnificent, we will learn from them to create an album with all the memories of our journey.
Activities: meet a photograph + photograph workshop, meet a guitarist + guitar workshop, meet a painter + painting workshop…
What will you learn in French (the learning items will be adapted to the level of the student) ? How to speak about the past/your previous experiences, vocabulary of art, names of instrument…
